Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Noble Aroma, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we have a strict but fair return policy to protect both our customers and our business.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:
You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged or leaking.
The item has a verified manufacturing defect.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a complete unboxing video.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement
A complete unboxing video, starting from the sealed package opening until the product is fully visible, is required for all damage, missing item, or wrong product claims.
Claims submitted without valid proof may not be accepted. 


3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Opened, used, or tested perfumes.
Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.
Change of mind after purchase.
Personal fragrance preference (liking or disliking the scent).
Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items.
Orders where the customer provided an incorrect address or contact information.

4. Inspection of Returned Products
All approved returns are inspected upon receipt. If the returned item is found to be used, tampered with, damaged by the customer, or different from the item originally shipped, the return request will be rejected. 

5. Exchange & Refund Process
If a claim is approved, Noble Aroma may, at its discretion:
Replace the product, or
Issue store credit, or
Process a refund where applicable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side. 


6. Return Shipping
For approved returns due to our mistake, return shipping costs will be covered by Noble Aroma. In all other eligible cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


7. Fraudulent Claims
Noble Aroma reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request where false information, incomplete evidence, product tampering, or misuse of the return policy is suspected.
